How to Cook

The Oven

We recommend this method.

Preheat the oven to 180˚C/gas mark 4.

Remove the outer packaging.

Remove the film from the top of the lid.

Place on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.

The Microwave

Remove outer cover and top film.

Place 1 tray only on the centre of the microwave plate. The tray must not touch microwave walls.

Heat for approximately 6-7 minutes.

Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Ingredients

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Carrots 3
  • Honey 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 3 Sprigs

Intructions

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Carrots 3
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Thyme 3 Sprigs
  • Kinsale Bay Food Company Smokie Fish Pie 1
  1. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a tray.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the tray in the oven while it starts to warm.
  3. Peel and dice 3 carrots.
  4. Mix carrots with butter, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 3 sprigs of thyme (spread evenly).
  5. Cook together with your smoke fish pie at 180°C for 30 minutes.
