How to Cook
The Oven
We recommend this method.
Preheat the oven to 180˚C/gas mark 4.
Remove the outer packaging.
Remove the film from the top of the lid.
Place on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.
The Microwave
Remove outer cover and top film.
Place 1 tray only on the centre of the microwave plate. The tray must not touch microwave walls.
Heat for approximately 6-7 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.

- Honey 1 tbsp Thyme
- 3 Sprigs

Intructions
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Carrots 3
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Thyme 3 Sprigs
- Kinsale Bay Food Company Smokie Fish Pie 1
- Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the tray in the oven while it starts to warm.
- Peel and dice 3 carrots.
- Mix carrots with butter, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 3 sprigs of thyme (spread evenly).
- Cook together with your smoke fish pie at 180°C for 30 minutes.
