Simple Fish Pie Dinner With Brown Butter Asparagus

- 1 Kinsale Bay Fish Pie
- 6 Asparagus Sticks
- 30 grams of butter
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Black Pepper

- Black Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the film from the fish pie and place in the preheated oven, set timer for 30 minutes.
- If needed, snap off the woody end of the base of the asparagus, this is when you buy them as a bunch, the loose ones are usually ready for the pan.
- Cook Asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, they must stay firm.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and continue to cook in medium heat until the solids separate and start to brown. Then turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
- Put the asparagus with brown butter in the oven, 10 minutes before your pie is ready.
- Finish the asparagus with black pepper and serve alongside your Kinsale Bay Fish Pie.
