The Kinsale Bay Fish Pie

HOW TO COOK
* We recommend this method
Preheat the oven to 180˚C/gas mark 4.
Remove the outer packaging.
Remove the film from the top of the lid.
Place on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove outer cover and top film.
Place 1 tray only on the centre of the microwave plate. The tray must not touch microwave walls.
Heat for approximately 6-7 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve
