Chicken Kale Mushroom Pie With Parmesan Mushrooms
- 1 Kinsale Bay Chicken & Kale Pie
- 1 Flat Mushroom (Portobello if you can get them)
- 1 Tbs of Garlic Butter
- 1 Tbs of Grated Parmesan
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Put some garlic butter on an ovenproof tray and place mushroom on top, make some cuts in the stem to tenderize.
3. Spread the rest of the butter over the top of the mushroom, followed by the parmesan.
4. Remove the film from the Chicken & Kale Pie and place it in a preheated oven together with the mushroom.
5. After 30 minutes both your Chicken & Kale pie and mushroom are ready to plate up and enjoy.
