I am originally from Dunmore East in County Waterford. I was a fisherman in the area for 20 years. From my experience in the fishing industry, I can tell Kinsale Bay uses quality ingredients in the manufacture of its products. The Kinsale Bay fish pie is a real winner in my eyes.
