I started in Kinsale Bay in 2007. I began as the sales manager for Munster and the West of Ireland. I then started my own company Best Bites chilled distribution in 2017, with the aim of supplying quality food products to Irish consumers throughout retail and independent food stores.

My father was a fisherman in Dunmore-east Co Waterford where I spent most of my childhood fishing with him.  Kinsale Bay as a brand name and its gluten-free product range appeal to a large demographic and the success of the brand and company is due to its attention to detail of its quality and taste.

I am proud to distribute Kinsale Bay Food company’s gluten-free range of products throughout the South and West of Ireland supporting the growth of an Irish family business. It is very much team-based and the relationship I have with Jim, Tommy and everyone involved is very strong.
