I started six years ago developing Dublin and the greater Leinster region. I am directly responsible for developing our brand and range of Gluten-free products through sales and developing relationships with our retail partners.

I take great pride in letting people know we are an Irish independent family business with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity backed by a great team of dedicated people within the whole company.  

 For me, I love the fast-paced nature of the job, no two days are the same with markets and trends changing at such a fast pace.  It makes for a great story.
